X35B3 Desktop Vacuum Capping Machine Description

X35B3 desktop vacuum capping machine adopts the open-type fully sealed vacuum chamber technology applied to the capping machine and the sealing machine. It is a semi-automatic model, manually equipped with a cover, manually in and out of the bottle, and manually closes the vacuum chamber. The inside of the machine uses a pneumatic actuator to drive the screw cap, which uses precise control of the air pressure of the actuator to achieve torque control. It belongs to the non-friction torque limit and has a longer service life. Due to the reliable full sealing technology, the ideal vacuum can be achieved by configuring a low-power vacuum pump. The vacuum can be set as needed. The X35 Series vacuum capping machine are economical, versatile, easy to use, reliable and mobile for small production plants, special-purpose applications, and laboratory use.

Applicable bottle range: The size of the bottle mouth should be applicable to the standard cover type specified in the QB/T 1499-2000 standard and the non-standard cover type in this range. The bottle body can be round and non-circular in cross section. The maximum diameter of the bottle should be less than 110 mm and the bottle height should not exceed 180 mm.

The X35B3 desktop vacuum capping machine is the latest version of the X35 series that has been improved twice, with major improvements over the previous version:

1. The use of adjustable bottle parts completely solves the problem of replacing the bottle parts, and can quickly convert between two different diameter or cross-sectional shapes and different heights of the bottle shape without replacing parts;

2. Linear motion components and integral pneumatically executed torsion components further improve the quality and operational performance of the twist cover;

3. Adopting Taiwan-made high-quality PLC (program controller), which is more reliable than the previous version of relay logic circuit;

4. Use pneumatic vacuum switching valve to make the vacuum response faster;

5. It can be assembled with a special base for more flexible use.

X35B3 Desktop Vacuum Capping Machine Technical Parameters:

Voltage: 220V AC (lighting);

Compressed air: pump flow requires 0.11 cubic per minute or more, 0.7 MPa (7 kg per square centimeter);

Vacuum pump configuration: The required pumping capacity is more than 8 liters per second. The ultimate pressure is based on the user's different needs. Users requiring high vacuum are recommended to install a water pressure vacuum pump with a limit pressure of -0.096Mpa or a two-stage rotary vane pump or other vacuum pump. Vacuum pump type 2X-8A (two-stage rotary vane vacuum pump, nozzle connection) is recommended.
