Single-head seasoning filling machine semi-automatic type is mainly designed and developed for ultra-fine powders that are easy to raise dust and high-precision packaging requirements. It completes two-speed filling, metering, and lifting operations based on the signals given by the weight sensors installed under the containers. This machine is mainly used for seasonling powder filling with filling accuracy requirement like seasoning powder, sugar, additives, carbon powder, and other ultrafine powders.

Working flow: manual can or bag putting→container raising→ fast filling, whike container falling →weight reaches the pre-measured value → Manually remove the container.
