1.Check if the hose connection is loose. 

2. Turn on the power.

3. When the machine is tested, it should be connected to the ground wire. After the power is turned on, the test machine checks whether the air pump steering is consistent with the required steering.

4. Filling containers of different capacities, according to the height and diameter of the cylinder (with different caliber interfaces), Align the rubber seal on the lower end of the interface with the barrel mouth.

5. When working, open the valve in the lower part of the cylinder (Figure 1-8).

6. Measure with the “subtractive weighing method”, place the powder source on the scale, weigh the total weight, and then set the weighing amount to: Known total weighing - weighing to be filled = weighing position to be determined. This method of measurement is the subtractive weighing method.

7. Turn on the start switch and the pump starts to work. At this time, the powder suction tube is put into the powder source, and the powder is sucked into the powder storage tank through the pipeline. When the weighing will be close to the fixed value, the powder suction can be appropriately reduced by the powder suction tube. Once the set weighing is reached, take out the powder suction tube and insert the powder suction tube into the tube holder.

8. Push the reversing valve push rod several times to clean the powder remaining in the powder storage cylinder.

9. Close the valve, shake the powder storage drum, remove the fire extinguisher to be filled, and fill it.

10. For the case that the filling measurement accuracy is high, the filled container, the scale can be corrected and corrected.

Method 2 Filling Operation:

1. Check if the hose connection is loose.

2. Turn on the power.

3. When the machine is tested, it should be connected to the ground wire. After the power is turned on, the test machine checks whether the air pump steering is consistent with the required direction.

4. Remove the powder suction tube of the dry powder extinguisher filling machine, and connect the suction pipe on the side of the suction end to the suction port of the powder storage tube.

5. Place the cylinder to be filled on the electronic weighing platform, cover the filling end cap on the cylinder to be loaded, and press the peeling button. At this time, the table is returned to the O position.

6. Turn on the start switch, the pump starts to work. At this time, the powder suction tube is put into the powder source, and the powder is sucked into the cylinder through the pipeline. When the weighing will be close to the fixed value, the powder absorption can be appropriately reduced by the powder suction tube. When setting the weighing, take out the straw and the filling is over.
