3. Check the air supply to check whether the sealing surface leaks. Adjust the air pressure to 0.3~0.4MPa to adjust the oil intake. After a general operation, spray a drop of oil several times, and check the fuel injection regularly.
4. Filling volume adjustment: first rotate the filling volume to adjust the hand wheel, observe the indicator window scale, so as to achieve the required loading, while adjusting the suction and discharge speed to achieve a satisfactory filling effect, the amount of measurement filling quantity, and finally correct the filling amount.
Paste Automatic Filling Machine Cleaning Requirements:
Thoroughly clean before use, wipe off oil or dirt with a soft cloth and detergent, and then dry with a soft cloth. According to GMP requirements, check whether the contact parts of the paste automatic filling machine and the materials meet the corresponding cleaning requirements. If not, re-clean the ear and listen to dryness. The cleaning method is based on the process requirements.
1. The action of the automatic filling machine of the paste is divided into automatic and manual. When the height is machine, the manual is used. When the manual is used, only when the bottle is used to push the tongue, the suction is started. Live the tongue. When automatic is used, the bottle must be placed under the discharge port, and the switch will start filling immediately after the switch is turned on automatically, and the bottle will be replaced in time;

3. Leakage of the lower part of the cylinder indicates that the piston seal is worn and the seal is required to be replaced.
