Filling Machine common failures and troubleshooting methods
1.Filling machine can’t start.
Causes:
a.No power.
b.Emergency stop is pressed.
c.No air pressure.
d.No text.
e.Text is no response.
f.Operation method is wrong.
Troubleshooting methods:
a.Power on, open power switch to check the fuse.
b.Release the emergency press.
c.Connect air pressure, holding in 5kg to 7kg.
d.Check the switching power supply weathere it is DC24V.
e.Check the connection between text and PLC communication line.
Causes:
a.Filling liquids have impurity.
b.Electromagnetic valve failure.
c.Electromagnetic valve plate breakdown.
d.Filling liquids have foam.
Troubleshooting methods:
a.Filter liquids and clean filling pipe.
b.Clean electromagnetic valve or change it.
c.Clean silencer, replace silencer.
d.Adjust the ball valve to reduce the impact force and increase the time of rising delay.
