This lubricant automatic filling machine is widely used in the filling of concentrated oils and lubricating oils, such as anti-rust oil, hydraulic oil, gear oil, industrial oil, automobile oil, compressor oil, and brake liquid.
The automatic lubricant oil filling machine adopts a gear pump (screw pump, rotor pump) to continuously feed, maintains the constant pressure of the oil passage through the overflow pressure regulation, and controls the filling time to realize different metering filling, in the lubricant and the refrigeration oil. When industrial oil starts to be filled, it is firstly metered and then filled at high speed. When the target filling volume is approached, the return valve opens, allowing a portion of the lubricating oil to flow back to the raw material tank, thereby slowing the flow rate of the filling head and preventing the lubricating oil from overflowing the container.
