HU-6 automatic liquid piston filling machine has 6 filling heads(filling heads can be added). Quick cleaning, quick adjustment, stepless speed regulation of volume cylinder action, suitable for filling of different specifications and different liquids. Once the filling amount is adjusted once, each volume cylinder can be adjusted slightly, and the filling accuracy is high and the consistency is good. The parts connecting liquid are made of stainless steel, silicone rubber, in compliance with GMP regulations.

HU-6 Automatic Liquid Piston Filling Machine Features:

Imported geared motor stepless speed control filling plunger cylinder, not only suitable for various water agents, but also suitable for thick and sticky liquids.

The imported electromagnetic clutch cooperates with the electromagnetic brake to eliminate inertia and high filling accuracy.

The man-machine interface communicates with the PLC, and the debugging device or the replacement product only needs to be set on the screen. Into the bottle, positioning, filling and filling, and the bottle is automatically operated.

The equipment will be automatically protected when the bottle is not in place during filling, the bottle is clogged, or the liquid outlet tube is not inserted into the bottle.
